What was originally to be a light touch brand polish to launch a new website became a 6-month overhaul of every part of the ISM brand, resulting in a fresh visual identity, a complete redesign of all the printed collateral, including there bi-monthly members magazine and subsequent campaigns that led to a 300% rise in membership and a DBA award for branding.
